Filling Those Seasonal Bingo Cards

Summer bingo cards could be filled with shorts, ice cream and barbecues for some seasonal fun
The Independent has suggested a different kind of full house for bingo fans, as it reports there are "seasonal" bingo cards to be filled.
As the summer months approach, readers are told to tick each sunny-weather activity they achieve off of their bingo cards.
"What about surely the most pleasurable of them all the first ice cream in a cone?" article author Simon Usborne asks.
He adds that the "first foray" outside while wearing shorts should also appear on seasonal bingo cards.
And the first barbecue of the summer months is another item to tick off for those hoping to complete a full house.
This is not the first innovative use for bingo cards to have been reported by the Independent this spring.
In April, the publication noted suggestions from Sir Alan Steer, the government's adviser on child behaviour.
He recommended using bingo cards in schools to keep children's attention, with a full house completed by ticking off words as they are used by the teacher.
